Southgates & The Woottons Surgeries are closed for staff training on Wednesday 26th March between 13:00 – 17:00. If you require urgent medical advice during this time please contact St James Medical Practice who are providing our emergency medical cover on 01553 774221. If your request is not urgent please contact the practice on the following day.

Please do not bring in samples unless requested by a clinician. Please make sure all samples and forms are labelled with name and date of birth. Samples will be rejected if this criteria is not met.
