Triage
The surgeries operate a total triage model which means that all requests for an appointment will be assessed by our triage team. Once the request has been triaged we will contact you with the outcome, this may be an appointment with a clinician or it may be for further tests, information or signposting to a local service.

Flu clinics are now available for booking from 1st October
If you are 65 and over or in an at risk group the practice will send you a text invite to book an appointment. The practice will be contacting all housebound patients to arrange visits for flu vaccinations.

COVID Vaccinations
If you are Housebound and eligible for the COVID vaccination this season the practice will be in contact to arrange a visit for the vaccination. If you are NOT housebound please call 119 to check vaccine availability in the area.
